**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs, ensuring optimal operation.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Provide regular reports on production metrics and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in powder coating operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes is a plus.
- Certification in powder coating or related field is desirable.
