**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and supervise the workshop team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring all machinery and equipment operate at optimal performance.
- Oversee inventory management of parts and supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures within the workshop, promoting a safe work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, facilitating ongoing training and development.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Manage customer relations by ensuring high standards of service and addressing any issues with professionalism and urgency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the agricultural or related industries.
- Strong mechanical background with in-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.
