**Roles & Responsibilities**
Acadia is looking to further build our Paving teams. Positions currently available are:
**Roller Operators**
- Comply with company safety program and policies.
- Complete daily circle checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Operate Roller to achieve densities.
- Assist and contribute to the team in a labourer capacity when required.
**Rake Man**
- Comply with company safety program and policies.
- Level asphalt in preparation for rolling.
- Assist and contribute to the team in a labourer capacity when required.
**Labourer**
- Comply with company safety program and policies.
- Assist team members with general paving tasks as assigned.
- Familiarity with operation of plate tampers.
**Qualification Requirements**
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Comply with all Saskatchewan’s traffic laws, Federal regulations, and safety requirements.
**Preferred Skill**:
- Experience is an asset, but not required. Willing to train individuals with strong teammate qualities.
