We are a growing plumbing and heating company and with the right people, we have earned a stellar reputation in our customer reviews. We provide home and business owners with superior service and care by way of repairs and replacements to their plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.

Our quality materials, organization, and focus on relationships has allowed us to scale this and build a network of satisfied customers. (Plus, we think we’re a pretty cool bunch to hang with. Seriously. Our staff meetings are a riot.)

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Managing financial controls and helping to ensure the company meets cashflow goals.
- Preparing detailed Financial Reports on cash flow.
- Providing clear direction on financial performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Team Members.
- Attending team meetings and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects related to streamlining efficiency.
- Maintaining, tracking, and reporting financial aspects of projects including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts and billings.
- Enhancing professional growth through coaching, courses, team meetings and Goal Setting and Review (GSR) Meetings.
- Supporting and maintaining healthy, happy work environments and corporate culture.
- Managing stock/inventory/office supply ordering
- Managing purchase orders

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Organizational skills
- Experience with computer software such as excel, word, google sheets & google drive.
- Typing skills

**APPLICATION**:
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
