Lead Dog Groomer

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services, including bathing, hair trimming, and nail clipping, for a variety of dog breeds.
- Manage and lead a team of groomers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure grooming services adhere to high-quality standards and meet the unique needs of each pet.
- Schedule appointments, maintain grooming records, and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee inventory management of grooming supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall pet care services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional dog grooming experience.
- Proven ability to groom various dog breeds with precision and care.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of pet care industry trends and grooming techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Certification from a **recognized grooming school is a plus**.

**Salary**: $51,442.00-$62,999.00 per year
