**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Take vitals and prepare patients for physician visit
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle front desk duties including check-in, check-out, and patient registration
- Coordinate communication between medical staff, patients, and insurance providers

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred
- Proficiency with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and office procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
