Effective April 1, 2024, a full-time position for a Staff Neonatologist is available in the Department of Paediatrics, Mount Sinai Hospital which is an academic health science centre affiliated with the University of Toronto. The Department of Paediatrics at Sinai Health has a tradition of excellence in Neonatal clinical care, education and research and is closely allied to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The Department provides primary and tertiary care at regional and provincial levels respectively for newborn infants and specialized services for the resuscitation of infants with known cardiac disease and other congenital abnormalities. The Department in conjunction with the division of Neonatology at the Hospital for Sick Children and Sunnybrook Hospital forms part of a Fellowship Training Program in Neonatology which is fully accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
