Duties and Responsibilities**:Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity. ** Prepares and cooks items for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. **Sets up line for the service when required and cooks all menu items on a daily basis. ** Work in and maintain a clean environment. **Assists in the preparation of stocks and soups as required under the direction of the chef. Technical/Managerial/Administrative Requirements**: Basic knowledge of WHMIS is considered an asset. **Understand and practice of safe food handling. Banquets experience**
- Grade 12 or equivalent experience. **1-2 years experience within a kitchen environment.**
