Early Childhood Educator

**Knowledge or experience in Waldorf education a MUST**

Waldorf certified teacher preferred.

Looking for a loving and kind ECE for a Waldorf
- Inspired, nature Daycare/Private School in Schomberg/Tottenham area

Daycare age 2-4

Start Date: June

To qualify, you must:

- Have your own vehicle
- Be willing to work Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Love the outdoors
- Be open to spending time outdoors in all weather conditions to care and supervise children
- Be open to being inspired by the Waldorf philosophies through learning and being coached by a Waldorf mentor
- Have experience with caring for children and be able to comfort children needing connection and support
- Create a warm and loving classroom
- Love and honour childhood through a nature/Waldorf inspired curriculum - We provide training and ongoing mentoring
- Be hard working and able to jump in and assist with various tasks related to cleaning, cooking, stacking wood, feeding chickens, and other duties that may come up each day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-28 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tottenham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (required)
