We're a coffee vending business and we're seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads and setting appointments for our sales representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in our products and services
- Perform outreaching tasks to generate high-qualified leads
- Qualify leads by gathering information and assessing their needs
- Set appointments for our sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM System
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Follow up with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, technical sales, or inside sales
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
