**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Educate children through play-based learning activities that enhance their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Organize classroom activities, ensuring they are age-appropriate and aligned with developmental milestones.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve educational outcomes for all students.
- Utilize technology effectively to document children's progress and communicate with families.

**Experience**
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, special education strategies, and child development theories is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A commitment to continuous professional development in early childhood education practices.
