**We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative (Belting Division)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Belting sales team, responsible for profitably growing sales by proactively uncovering customer needs to deliver greater safety, reliability, efficiency and sustainability by adhering to CB's vision, with a focus on light weight belting and components.
- Meet with internal and external customers; and identify their needs to better sell CB products, services and solutions.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with Operations teams with respect to new and existing business opportunities.
- Closely follow CB documented sales process, and document all activities in Salesforce system.
- Proactively develop and execute effective and sustainable sales and profitability plans; deliver and document value-add events for customers.
- Manage and maintain superior relationships with key partners and customers; and ensure continuous revenue retention.
- Meet established sales & margin targets; and efficiently manage expenses.
- Handle and resolve customer objections in a positive and timely manner.
- Effectively negotiate with suppliers, to ensure profitable product margins and long-term feasibility.
- Negotiate and communicate price increases to customers.
- Respond to requests for technical support in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally with the Sales team regarding pricing.
- Perform Conveyor Audits

**Required Experience and Education**:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field required.
- Minimum # 3-5 years’ sales experience, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets required.
- Experience with the distribution / MRO industry preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Word; as well as PowerPoint advanced presentations.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
