Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Fundraiser to join our team. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in raising funds for our organization through various campaigns and events.

**Duties**:

- Plan and execute fundraising events to generate donations
- Identify and approach potential donors or sponsors
- Develop fundraising strategies to meet financial goals
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives
- Maintain donor records and provide regular updates on fundraising progress
- Utilize social media and other platforms to increase donor engagement
- Research a range of Grants, non equity seed, 50/50 ticket and various ways to support the company raising capital to pay its bills from rents to labour and much more.
- As the company is looking to roll out a range of it's proprietary productions; work to integrate a range of our successes into sponsorship packages while working to develop innovative ways to improve our advertisement packaging opportunities.
- Within identifying some of the current resources we've invested into as a label; from our Studio space; to our easels and Canvases.

As this is a commission based position; you will be responsible for increasing the revenue coming into the company with a focus on increasing our event output. As someone able to work on shoestring budgets; you are a gogetter able to manage the office resources as well as jump infield to run the event concepts.

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to meet fundraising deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills to secure donations and sponsorships
- Customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services during fundraising events
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize donations
- Knowledge of marketing principles to effectively promote fundraising campaigns
- Experience in budgeting and managing financial resources for fundraising activities
- Excellent communication skills to engage donors and stakeholders effectively

Compensation
This is a commission position. You get 25% commission of everything you bring into the company. While there's an hourly base, this is paid out on the day of the event and fundraising initiatives.

Pay: $16.75-$29.95 per hour
