**The Role and Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop a deep understanding of the industry and gain exposure to various project delivery methodologies.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support client engagements.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the development of strategies and action plans for clients.
- Gain first-hand experience in supporting public sector organizations in the Transit and Infrastructure sectors.
- Contribute to the advancement of capital enhancement programs.
- Play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress in your role.
- Develop your skills and expand your professional network.
- Support the delivery of transformative capital enhancement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

**Essential**
- Strong written and oral communications skills;
- Able to work well in a team environment;
- Ability to deliver work on time even amidst competing and evolving priorities;
- Keen interest in the construction, transit, infrastructure and consulting sectors;
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date timekeeping; and
- Exhibit a professional demeanor.

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**
- University degree.
