As a Recreation Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting the Recreation Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the recreation department including but not limited to Kid's Camp, Waterfront and all on-site/off-site recreation activities. Ensuring the safety of our guests and employees is your essential responsibility in this role. This position will be required to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recreation programming in the resort, including kids camps, day camps Liaison with members and resort guests on a daily basis providing program details, answering questions, dealing with issues.
- Assist in recruiting, training, supervising and scheduling of all recreation staff.
- Communicate and address guest concerns or issues to appropriate team members.
- Assist Recreation Manager with maintenance of recreational equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous supervisory experience.
- Extensive knowledge of public recreation programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stamina to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to participate in activities.
- A self-starter and team player.
- NLS certification is a definite asset.

**This is a seasonal position.
