Nos experts en sinistres en assurance des biens sont chargés de mener une enquête efficace et rapide sur les demandes en assurance des dommages des particuliers, y compris le vol, la disparition de bijoux, les sinistres liés au vent et même l’exposition potentielle aux sinistres catastrophiques. En plus du traitement des sinistres, ils se trouvent à participer activement aux dossiers de subrogation et à épauler nos hauts dirigeants dans les projets ponctuels qui se présentent.

- Effectuer des enquêtes et des évaluations approfondies pour traiter des situations complexes
- Gérer des appels parfois stressants et communiquer des décisions concernant des demandes de règlement de façon claire
- Gérer efficacement un horaire de travail quotidien chargé
- Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle

**Vous possédez ces qualifications**:

- Études postsecondaires dans un programme axé sur les assurances ou un programme connexe
- Titre de PAA en voie d’obtention (un atout)
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience en règlement de sinistres ou d’expérience de travail connexe
- Solides compétences techniques dans l’utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office
