Job description
- Put customers first and know how to multi-task during peak times.
- Ensure each customer is treated with full respect and understand their needs.
- Understanding the bookings system, record keeping and event planning.
- Well versed in each theme storyline and game play and be able to tell customers of their needs and requests.
- Cleanliness of entire facility including constant sanitizing.

We are looking for:

- CUSTOMER FOCUS is most important.
- Professional and friendly with strong communications skills
- Reliability is crucial for this position
- Both a team player and can work independently.
- Young and energetic

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
