MAY PLAN MENUS, DETERMINE SIZE OF FOOD PORTIONS, ESTIMATE FOOD REQUIREMENTS AND COSTS AND ORDERS SUPPLIES

MAY HIRE AND TRAIN KITCHEN STAFF

COOKS MAY SPECIALIZE IN PREPARING AND COOKING ETHNIC CUSINE OR SPECIAL DISHES
