We’re looking to fill an immediate opening as a Permanent Full Time Rental Consultant at our Vancouver Island branch.

**What you’ll do**:

- Help customers in-person and over the phone with renting or returning rental vehicles
- Establish strong customer relationships by becoming familiar with the specific needs, expectations, and requirements of our rental customers
- Walk arounds and inspect vehicles with customers and complete condition reports
- Open and close Rental Agreements and complete necessary paperwork
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
- Support the Rental department by driving and cleaning vehicles as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License and a clean drivers abstract
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Previous experience in customer service and rental industry is an asset
- A commitment to exceeding your customer’s expectations
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working with a Rental software would be considered a strong asset
