He/She will help our company optimize our sales by ensuring that retail stores are stocked with the right quantities and off-shelf displays are serviced.

He/she will be required to give our Product Knowledge training to Dept store personnel

**As part of our sales team, you will be required to**:

- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate Store associates with product knowledge on use and benefits
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis (weekly/monthly)
- Build and maintain relationships with store and department managers
- Manage multiple retailers simultaneously
- Detail stores ensuring stores' shelves are stocked with the right quantities of products
- Upsell secondary Displays throughout stores. (Side caps, Quarter Pallets, clip strips, etc)
- Monitor store inventory and recommend replenishment quantities
- Make recommendations for promotional strategies
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries regarding our services and products

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with store merchandising **experience in Big Box STORES is a MUST**
- Must reside in **local designated city of hiring** and have access to a vehicle and willing to travel to major city centers in Alberta for store servicing
- Outgoing, personable demeanor and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Compensation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Merchandising: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
