Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Canada) is seeking dedicated Team Owner Operators to complete dry van runs between our corporate warehouses in Canada and USA.

Our rates are competitive with other trucking firms. We pay for base mileage, safety bonus mileage, fuel surcharge, delays, extra pick and drops with no Hold back.

Our Winnipeg - Chicago - Toronto triangle gives guaranteed 20,000+ miles per month. Work is mostly PIN to PIN so your team will have quick turnaround times. Resets are in Winnipeg. There is no guessing on when and where the next load will be. We have a gated yard for on site parking.

Frontier is also a Customs Broker, so your paperwork will be prepared in advance which will eliminate most/all delays at the border.

Your drivers will receive orientation and in-person/web-based training.

Owner Operators must have:

- Dedicated units (newer than 2016), each with a team of drivers.
- Valid insurance for each unit. Or join our insurance with costs paid back biweekly.
- Experienced driver teams, or access to drivers to pair up or make new teams.
- Drivers that will follow US FMCSA Rules, internal policies, ongoing training, and driver procedures & driver schedules.
- Drivers that can pass Company initiated driving tests and pre-trip inspection tests.
- Drivers that have pre-employment, quarterly random drug & alcohol testing, and FMCSA DACH testing.
- Active WCB policy.
- Valid CRA business No.

Owner Operators and their drivers must have the following:

- Approximately 1 year or more of Canada USA driving experience.
- E-log experience.
- A current commercial driver abstract w/1 or less infractions.
- A DSR scale rating of +1 or more.
- A current criminal record check.
- A passport.
- An USA Visa or other documents to cross border freely.
- A FAST card - or the ability to obtain for Can/US Drivers is an asset.
- Complete road test. **Must be able to back into loading docks with confidence**.
- Completed pre-employment & random drug testsor participate in our drug program.
- Positive attitude.
- Communicate in English, verbal and written.
- Industry driving experience.
- Positive attitude.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
