Our team is growing We are seeking a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team.

Position Summary: Filter Production associate role supports the filter manufacturing team with functions such as assembling filters, boxing final products for on-going orders, evaluate filter inventory levels and manufacture as needed, as well as maintaining cleanliness of tools and work areas.

Job Duties:

- Assembling and packaging of final products
- Placing labels and stickers on final products
- Placing final products in boxes
- Always maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation inside the production area and facility. This includes routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain general care of tools, technical equipment, and production facility
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicate production updates and errors to Management on a regular basis -Work quickly, efficiently, and reliably both independently and in a group environment
- Maintain a collaborative attitude and work closely with colleagues
- Maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere across all departments -Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and all applicable regulations -Assist in any task the Head of Facilities designates as an immediate priority to preserve the physical or environmental security of the building, contents, or staff -Attend any training session designated by the company
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

- Previous production experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable attendance is mandatory
- Excellent workmanship skills and pride in not cutting corners is mandatory
- Excellent workplace housekeeping is essential
- Team worker able to co-exist with other staff and assist whenever able
- Able to work independently once given a task
- Strong attention to detail

Hours of Operation:
Mon-Fri, 8AM - 4:30PM

Compensation:
$18/hr.

Health Benefits after 3-month probation period.
