The primary role of the Vineyards Administrator is to maintain organization of vineyards operations administration, perform related tasks and to work with supervisors and managers in a supportive role

What you will be doing:
- Work with department supervisors and managers to perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to generating purchase orders, tracking purchases, coding and approving invoices, remain informed of the budget and current and remaining spends, assist with time records, vendor set ups, reporting and data collection- Assist with tasks related to the vineyard labour including arrival and departure of the Seasonal Agricultural Workers, assist as required during their employment, assist with the distribution and posting of safety related training documents and general safety information for all workers.- Work with outside organization for government related licensing and permits including CVOR renewals, CLTIP renewals- Work with Vineyard Projects Manager to remain knowledgeable of all company related programs and tools, new and current projects, new initiatives and changes or updates to government regulations and the relate to vineyard for workers. Attend training as required.

What you bring:
- 2 years in an administrative position-
- Knowledge or ease and speed of learning in computer systems (JDE, Kronos, Excel, etc.)- Strong organizational & communication skills- Flexible, responsive, demonstrative leadership;- Strong relationship skills and teamwork;- Aims for excellence, achieves/exceeds the desired results and pays attention to detail;- Good time, stress and priority management and ability to do multiple tasks at once;
