ABOUT

St. James & St. Ann’s School is a Christ-centered and vibrant community that believes in teaching and learning that is rooted in our Catholic faith. We empower students to reach academic excellence and prepare them to be good citizens of the world. We are a regional school, drawing students from and supported by four parishes, including St. James Parish, St. Ann’s Parish, Sts. Joachim and Ann Parish, and St. Joseph’s Parish (Mission, BC). Our school is in the small, yet beautiful city of Abbotsford, BC, where there are many hiking trails and parks, including Fishtrap Creek Park, Maclure Park, Clearbrook Park, and Mill Lake Park. St. James and St. Ann’s Catholic School in Abbotsford is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a full-time school secretary. In this role, you will be the welcoming face for students, parents, and visitors, managing communications and administrative tasks with efficiency and courtesy. You’ll maintain accurate records, assist in organizing events, and support our staff in various capacities, all while upholding our Catholic values in every interaction. We are looking for someone with previous administrative school experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software. A commitment to our Catholic mission is essential.
