Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects under their direction exceed standards for employee health and safety
- Initiate all assigned projects from estimating to mobilization
- Prepare and monitor operational budget, change orders, and cost estimates for all projects being managed
- Have regular check-ins with on-site staff to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and projects are proceeding as per expected timelines
- Perform regular project health checks which include in-depth review of project schedule deliverables and costs
- Meet or exceed project timelines, budgets, and quality by reviewing and making recommendations to existing and proposed designs, contracts, timelines,
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders on all projects
- Maintain active commercial relationships with key labour unions, suppliers, and subtrades for assigned projects
- Issue and manage contracts, billings, and change orders in compliance with Bassi project and financial controls and policies
- Close all projects in a timely manner ensuring all client deliverables and internal close documentation and procedures are completed

Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills with strong leadership and change management skills
- Advanced knowledge of large building construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
- Competent in conflict management
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Bachelor Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
