**Overview of the opportunity**:
We are looking for a National Early Talent and Campus Recruitment Program Manager to join our National Talent Attraction team. You will be responsible for executing and implementing effective, creative, results-driven talent programming relating to Campus Recruitment.

What you will do:

- Work and collaborate closely with the core and extended members of the campus recruitment and employer brand teams
- Develop and execute new partnerships with early talent organizations and promote the opportunities at KPMG to high school audiences
- Develop and continue to advertise our opportunities to students through national sponsorships with university clubs/organizations
- Develop and report on key metrics, success measures and ROI for the overall strategy
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process of campus hires
- Evaluate current programs in place and propose enhancements
- Support geography recruitment teams and build recruitment materials in collaboration with employer brand

- 5+ years of progressive experience in Campus Talent Acquisition
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment function and public practice profession
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to multitask and adapt as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey the message in a way that best meets the needs of the audience
- Comfort with presenting to external and internal partners and stakeholders
- Ability to develop, measure, and report on programs objectives and key results
- Knowledge in recruiting technology and emerging trends in university recruiting
- Project/program management capabilities
- BA/BS or equivalent in relevant business experience
- Experience in event planning for both in-person and virtual settings.
- Bring strong project management and high attention to detail to the role.
- Creative and innovative with a strong grasp of the early talent market.
- Strong passion for supporting inclusion, diversity and equity with knowledge of how to successfully execute on initiatives.
- Fluency in French is considered an asset but not a must have.
