**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Become a Vidir Hero and Level up your career as a**:**Field Service Engineer/Technician**
The Field Service Engineer/Technician provides installation service for our customers and ensures their experience with Vidir is optimal.
This is role that requires extensive travel requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Professional, prompt installation and service of equipment in customer locations, while maintaining professional image.
- Strong problem solving skills combined with mechanical and electrical abilities.
- Familiarity with concepts and standards or mechanical practices and procedures for equipment assembly and operation.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor in front of the customer.
- Mechanically Inclined
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- **Must live within one hour of a major international airport**
- **Must hold a valid driver's license and passport and have the ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S.**
- **Must be willing to travel on a regular basis**
