The Campaign Manager, Americas Performance Marketing role reports to the Director, Global Performance Marketing, with responsibility for campaign design, execution and outcomes for the Americas region. You will support key marketing priorities as established by the regional sales leaders by planning and executing high yielding and scalable vendor campaigns with partners like AWS, SAP, Microsoft and Oracle. In close collaboration with product marketing, you’ll develop the campaign narrative, incorporating key messages, proof points and client testimonials. You’ll build a campaign plan that leverages the right channels across the buyer journey to deliver campaign messaging and content, and you will collaborate with the discipline specialists to execute via their respective channels. You’ll utilize Hubspot to continuously track campaign performance in collaboration with your aligned marketing operations lead, and take necessary measures to boost results. This is a remote position, but a highly collaborative one, working with product marketing, discipline specialists, inside sales, and agencies.

The Campaign Manager role requires someone who is a strategic thinker, creative, has a collaborative style, and a penchant for numbers and accountability. The expectation is that you are comfortable making data-driven decisions and are outcomes-oriented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Develop multi-discipline, integrated campaigns to attract and progress prospects/clients through the marketing funnel. Create campaign map clearly showing channels leveraged and progression handoffs, including:

- Paid media: select channels, allocate budget, provide key messages and content, assist in ad creation
- Social media: Align campaign with Syntax social calendar, create social posts together with agency support
- Events: Partner with events manager to select relevant events, provide key messaging promote event, provide proper nurture follow-up
- Web: Work with digital team to ensure an integrated campaign web experience
- Response/lead handling: Work with marketing operations specialists to ensure all touchpoints are instrumented in marketing automation tool
- Work with product marketing to ensure:

- target audiences and personas for campaign tactics are clearly defined
- key messaging and overall narrative is developed
- content to support campaign has been assessed and gaps identified
- Create plans and execute activities in conjunction with our strategic partners (SAP, Oracle, AWS) to maximize MDF (partner funding) recovery and deliver agreed-to outcomes
- Develop campaign funnel projections (marketing generated leads, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, opportunities, revenue)
- Create campaign package for sellers and brief inside sales prior to campaign launch
- ** Performance Management**:

- Monitor Hubspot dashboard reporting and conversion rates across the funnel
- Leveraging the “diamond team” (a cross-discipline campaign team), implement remedial actions to improve performance and meet industry benchmarks
- Deliver campaign objectives (leads through closed revenue)
- ** Agency Management**:

- Work with vendors to create and manage SOWs
- Properly brief agencies before work begins and stay engaged throughout process to review and approve all work
- Establish cadence for evaluating performance and making necessary adjustments
- ** Budget Management**:

- Plan campaign budget in alignment with overall outcomes expected
- Open POs, manage invoicing, and provide partners with necessary proof of performance and invoicing (by activity) for MDF recovery. Re-plan spending if needed to ensure full capture of MDF funding plan

**Skills**
- Strong communication and presentation skills - must be able to represent campaign plans and performance metrics to senior sales leaders
- Experienced marketer who can develop campaign strategy and then drive highly effective execution
- Resourcefulness to be able to navigate the organization to find expertise and help when needed
- Comfortable working in ever-evolving, sometimes ambiguous, work situations
- Ability to build trust by delivering on commitments
- Collaborative and receptive to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Willingness to share expertise and elevate the skills and success of others

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5+ years in B2B marketing in the IT industry and experience working across the partner channel ecosystem in the Americas region.
- B.A. / B.S or equivalent undergraduate degree in Marketing preferred. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Deep knowledge across the MarTech and data stack. Preferred platform experience: Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Social Media platforms etc.
- Well versed in data privacy standards
- Experience across campaign strategy, automation, digital POE, SEO and analytics
- Experience in agency management (media, content agencies)
