Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to and enforcing CNH Industrial safety programs, policies, and regulations.
- To monitor their area for abnormalities from standard in man, material, machine, and method and to take appropriate actions in a timely manner in order deal with this abnormality. This includes abnormalities in the standard processes, standard machine operation, product quality, and logistics management.
- Supervises and directs hourly employees assigned to shop floor control and kitting activities.
- Management of stall tear-down and set-up of any and all changeovers in designated area including movement, staging and storage of material.
- Staging and movement of all fixtures for changeovers.
- Supervising the checking of pick lists and the reporting any found shortages to the vital parties.
- Investigation and resolution of any and all shortages.
- Management of all material movements within areas of responsibility.
- Assisting in the management of WIP inventories and cycle counting activities.
- Compare physical counts against inventory records and reconcile by comparing to system transactions. Initiate and process corrections to inventory records in compliance with Finance Department procedures.
- Coordinates operating budgets and monitors results to assure departmental objectives are achieved.
- Perform continuous improvement activities aimed at improving safety, efficiency, quality and costs.
- Human resource activities such as employee selection, pay administration, employee counseling, training, performance reviews, and the administration of policies and agreements
- Monitors and coordinates the maintenance of equipment in department to meet work schedule.
- Implements company strategies and process change at the operational level of the organization

The annual salary for this role is $63,000-91,000
_(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)_

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business or Logistics OR
- Associates degree plus 3 or more years of supervisory/leadership experience in Material Handling environment OR
- High school diploma plus 5 or more years of supervisory/leadership experience in Material Handling environment
- Experience supervisory/leadership in manufacturing environment
- Cross functional experience (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Human Resources, Safety)
- An understanding of material flow, inventory control, production planning and purchasing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Experience participating and leading continuous improvement activities.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
