**Position Overview**
As a Deployment Technician, you will play a critical role in our team, responsible for deploying and configuring computers and related hardware across various client environments. You will ensure smooth installations, migrations, and integrations while delivering outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deploy and configure Windows and MacOS operating systems in diverse environments.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.
- Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure/Entra operations, including basic user and group management.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver seamless IT deployments and solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and client configurations.
Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed during and after deployments.
**Requirements**:
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and their deployment processes.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Azure/Entra for user and group management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract.
- Clean police record check.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- A+ Certification (CompTIA) or equivalent certification.
- Experience at an MSP or similar client-facing IT environment.
- Experience deploying computers and peripherals in various business environments.
