**Position summary**: The Store Manager is responsible for all matters related to employee supervision, customer satisfaction and achieving store sales and performance goals.

**Tasks**:

- Develop a diverse and professional team through constant recruitment and training, with the help of the HR team
- Lead by example by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions with customers are memorable and up to company standards
- Drive store performance by evaluating and delivering business KPIs
- Ensure that all employees comply with company policies, practices and procedures pertaining to sales and operations
- Display a strong level of brand awareness and participate in product knowledge training sessions
- Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer service experience
- Resolve difficult customer issues
- Implement all company training programs effectively in order to develop staff
- Evaluate employees on a daily basis through coaching in the moment and analyzing individual successes and opportunities to ensure sales objectives are met
- Effectively communicate needs and ideas to the head office in order to elevate the business
- Adhere to and enforce loss prevention and security policies, credit policies and procedures, i.e. credit cards, discounts, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchange policies
- Ensure that all merchandise is attractively displayed, adhering with the visual guidelines of each brand
- Ensure that all stock room and back stock merchandise meets organization standards
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the store, including securing doors, windows and merchandise, successful alarming of store and POS procedures

**Qualifications**:

- College or University degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years in Retail Management and selling experience (in luxury retail fashion, an asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate people in order to achieve sales objectives
- High organizational and planning skills with the ability to adapt quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Available to work retail hours (days, evenings, weekends)

**Sommaire du poste**: Le Gérant du Magasin est responsable d’exécuter ou de superviser l’exécution de toutes tâches reliées à la gestion des employés, la satisfaction de la clientèle et à atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de performance du magasin.

**Tâches**:

- Effectuer le recrutement et la formation des employés afin d’avoir une équipe diversifiée, avec l’aide de l’équipe RH
- Donner l’exemple en offrant un service à la clientèle impeccable à tous les clients qui entrent en magasin
- Évaluer les besoins afin d’attendre les objectifs de ventes et de performance de la boutique
- S’assurer que tous les employés respectent les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
- Utiliser les outils technologiques afin de personnaliser l’expérience client et augmenter la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Résoudre toutes situations potentielles avec les clients, trouver les meilleures solutions possibles
- Préparer des programmes de formation pour les employés existants afin d’assurer une formation continue et à niveau
- Évaluer les employés sur une base régulière afin de fournir des comptes rendus au gérant et travailler sur leurs besoins
- Communiquer toutes idées d’amélioration au bureau chef
- Comprendre et soutenir les mesures de prévention de perte et de sécurité mises en place par l’entreprise (gestion de caisse, politiques de crédit, remboursements, échanges et retours, etc)
- Assurer la propreté et l’organisation de l’entrepôt
- Ouvrir et fermer la boutique, ce qui inclut l’alarme, les caisses, les dépôts de la journée, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en marketing, administration, business ou équivalent
- Posséder 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de boutique et vente de biens de luxe
- Excellente communication en anglais et français
- Capacité de motiver les autres par le biais de son propre travail, leadership
- Organisé et apte à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement rapide avec une grande charge de travail
- Disponible pendant les heures d’ouverture de la boutique (jour, soirée, fin de semaine)
