**Canada Summer Job Program**

This role is a part of the Canada Summer Jobs initiative to support youth in obtaining quality temporary work experiences. Contract lengths for 2023 are 8 weeks, working 35 hours per week in a hybrid working model. Anticipated contract dates will fall between June 5, 2023, and September 1, 2023. Participants of Canada Summer Job roles must meet the following requirements:

- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
- Must be able to work all 8 weeks consecutively

**Hourly Rate: $16.50**

We are currently seeking a **full-time contract Client Feedback Facilitator for our Dufferin Multi-disciplinary team**. As a Client Feedback Facilitator, you will assist with the implementation, delivery, evaluation and data entry of the evidence based Ontario Perception of Care (OPOC) Client Survey across the organization. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining standardized processes that will directly engage clients in providing feedback on their service experience with CMHA Peel Dufferin.

CMHA Peel Dufferin has adapted to a hybrid working model including a mix of on-site and remote work. Staff are required to have onsite presence 2-3 times, or more if needed, to meet client and/or program needs.

**Location: 1 Elizabeth Street, Orangeville**

**What you will do**
- Create and maintain a system to support a client feedback process across the agency.
- Support clients and families with the completion of their perception of care feedback in person and/or by telephone interviews.
- Enter and update client surveys in the CAMH OPOC database including contact entries in our electronic health record system (CRMS).
- Work collaboratively with the Direct Services to package OPOC materials for clients.
- Support the on-going delivery, monitoring and evaluation of client feedback
- Support program administrative requirements as needed

**What you need to join our team**
- Currently enrolled in or completed post-secondary education in Health Care or Social Services
- Previous administrative experience, as well as experience working with client/patient related or driven databases would be an asset
- Possess open, non-judgmental attitude towards people with mental illnesses and/or disabilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal skills and comfort level working with people with mental illness and addictions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in person and over the phone
- Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment and to prioritize tasks in a manner that meets staff needs and program objectives
- Proof of administered full-series Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccination prior to start date. If unable to be vaccinated for reasons relating to protected grounds under the Code, completed medical or religious exemption must be provided.
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening (Police Check) report
