We are currently looking for a condominium custodian to look after buildings in Northwest Calgary:
As a condominium custodian, you will be responsible for keeping all common areas of your buildings clean and tidy, while providing excellent customer service to the buildings' residents. Please note that this position requires driving between locations.

Job Requirements
- VEHICLE REQUIRED.
- Moderate physical activity - must be able to carry 10lbs of equipment (backpack vacuum).
- Reliable and detail oriented.
- Able to work Monday through Friday during the day.
- Must be able to work alone with mínimal supervision.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- professional cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
