**Job Description**:
M-F, 08:00 start INDMS

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Responsible for reviewing and auditing the entry and generation of settlement information for Independent Contractors and Cartage Agents through the CDAS system.

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES**:
1. Review error reports and determine solutions to errors to ensure all operational data is accurately feeding from ACCOPS and accurately calculated in CDAS
2. Process settlement deductions and reconcile deduction accounts in CDAS
3. Review variance reports and settlement statements for reasonableness and accuracy
4. Review and enter adjustments to ensure accurate settlement payments are made for Independent Contractors and Cartage Agents
5. Review queries from CDAS/ACCOPS to ensure data is accurate and complete
6. Input manual entries into CDAS from information provided from service centres and vendors
7. Perform clerical duties to ensure that files are maintained
8. Train new and/or current employees on payment processing, various settlement programs, and account reconciliation
9. Perform other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma required, College Diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in transportation, analysis, Finance, or other related experience
- Must be well organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent computer skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
