Apply, coordinate and reconcile customer's payments, adjustments, and refunds in SAP. Liaise with the Bank and other partners to resolve payment transmission issues.

**A day in the life.**

Ø
_Analyzes credit information to establish customers' credit limits permitting highest profitable sales consistent with reasonably minimum _
- losses. _

Ø
_Counsels and negotiates with customers to improve financial controls, suggests sources of working capital, and sets up special credit arrangements and payment schedules. _

Ø
_Plans credit restriction and collection tactics for risky, slow pay, and sensitive _
- accounts. _

Ø _May collect outstanding receivables in accordance with terms and conditions of _sale. _

Ø _Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions _(ADR) _

Ø Review Lockbox payments and resolve items not fully applied by auto-cash.

Ø Save cheque images from bank portal to shared drive for audit and disaster recovery purposes.

Ø Perform offsets and adjustment transactions as needed.

Ø Prepare weekly remote cheque deposits.

Ø Reconcile and track previous day credits & debits (fees & NSF’s) in Bank website.

Ø Post NSF’s on customer's account in SAP.

Ø Reconcile and track Credit Card settlements on Paymentech. Investigate and resolve any items that failed to be deposited but cleared in SAP.

Ø Monthly Reconcile and track Credit Card and Bank Fees.

Ø Process Credit Card refunds & charges in SAP.

Ø Reconcile Payment Plan files (Credit Card and Direct Debit) on 1st and 15th, post NSF’s plus investigate & resolve any issues in SAP.

Ø Setup Payment Plan as per request from Credit Reps.

Ø Provide back up for the Billing due list and Billing daily batch.

Ø Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.

**Must haves.**:
Ø _Bachelor’s degree, _or; _

Ø
_Advanced degree. _

Ø
_Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree, _
- or; _

Ø _No minimum years of relevant experience, with an advanced _degree. _

Ø Strong customer focus

Ø Results Oriented

Ø High organizational ability

Ø Strong attention to detail and documentation

Ø Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking

Ø Banking knowledge

Ø SAP

Ø Accounting basic s

Ø 2 to 5 years of experience in Cash Application/Management.

Ø 2 years’ experience with Windows, and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate) & Word (Intermediate)
- Accounts Receivable module and distribution module

- Excel
