ECS is looking for Keyholders to assist our leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations of our new location opening this fall.

Our Keyholders partner with the Store Managers for everything we do at ECS Coffee. They bring energy and passion to the ECS Customer Experience and our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure service, communication and operational expectations are met in the store.
- Encourage and train staff to do their best.
- Demonstrate exceptional behaviors and standards for customer service and store operations and demand the same from your team.

**Sales and Customer Service**
- Lead by example and ensure all staff is always delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Works with Store Management to communicate company objectives to store staff.
- Through the coaching and training in customer service and sales techniques will ensure the achievement of objectives in service, sales and merchandising as set by head office.
- Will consistently evaluate and communicate the training needs of staff in all areas to the Management team.

**Training and Development**
- Communicate scheduling and hiring needs to Store Manager.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff including new employee orientation and providing opportunities for development and advancement within the organization.
- Ensure the store staff is aware of Company Objectives and motivate staff to exceed performance in these areas.
- Work with staff to ensure understanding of products and services offered by ECS Coffee Inc. through our training program.
- Train and maintain policies and procedures.
- Be a leader in the spirit of the store; positive, professional, and enthusiastic.
- Delivery, leading, and participating in daily store meetings.

**Merchandising and Inventory**
- Ensure that all Merchandising and housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all marketing materials and signage is in place as per head office directives.
- Participate in inventory management with regards to needs of the business

**Management**
- Liaison Store Managers/head office and the staff.
- Dispute resolution with any staffing issues within their location when necessary, ensuring the best result for the customer, store and business is reached.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Empower fellow staff members to do great things.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in a leadership role.
- Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems
- Ability to Lift and work on feet for 8-9-hour periods if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
