Junior Admin

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Oversee online shopping cart (commerce7 & WooCommerce)
- Maintain the Square POS product catalogue
- Output graphic designs for online, brochures, business cards, wine bottle labels, etc.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
- Other duties as may be required by management.

**Qualifications**
- A portfolio of past graphic design/copywriting work is a plus
- Brand management experience is a plus
- Strong Spoken & Written English a must
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Google analytics and WordPress are a requirement
- Strong graphic design skills are a necessity
- Some knowledge of video production a plus
- Proficient use of Adobe Suite and Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and train for job specific programs
- Must have own transportation public transit not available
- Cell phone with Data plan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
