Dealership Coordinator

**Compensation: Based on experience**

**We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team Someone that is willing to jump in to help where needed and keep everything running smoothly within the dealership.**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Verify receipt of cars delivered to dealer and parks cars in the lot in a safe and orderly manner. Assign stock control numbers to vehicles and catalogs, and store keys
- Inspect cars to detect damage and to verify presence of accessories listed on invoice, such as spare tires and radio and stereo equipment and report any discrepancies
- Re-park cars, following sales, to maximize the use of space and maintain lot in order. And to make sure the parking lot looks presentable, including walkways in winter and clearing snow off vehicles
- Run errands for the dealership, ie: pick up parts, fuel vehicles, go to licensing office, etc.
- Coordinate pick up and drop off times with customers that require our shuttle service. At those times, safety drive our customers as needed.
- Assist with some detailing tasks
- Help receive parts orders and put away
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Valid G Driver’s License
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to drive manual considered an asset
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
