RP Ground Maintenance has been in business since 2013 and continues to grow with each passing season. We are a privately owned Landscape Maintenance company that values family and maintaining beautiful and unique landscaped properties. We provide service to both residential and commercial properties around the GTA, mainly focusing on the Toronto and Durham region areas.

The positions we are looking to fill are landscape labourer and property maintenance crew leader.

**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EACH OPEN POSITION**

**Landscape Labourer**:
**PART TIME TO START (START OF SEASON) AND WILL LEAD INTO FULL TIME BY MAY 2023**
- Work with crew members with a main focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectation of a properly maintained property on an on-going basis
- Operate landscape maintenance equipment such as mowers and trimmers
- General Lawn maintenance to include occasional weeding, picking up garbage debris, hedge trimming
- Leaf clean up in Fall Season, raking/ blowing and bagging leaves in and around property or specified areas
- Being a team player and having the ability to work within a group with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to take direction without question and constructive criticism lightly.

**Property Maintenance Crew Leader**:

- Plan and manage punctual and efficient maintenance/cleanup schedules
- Lead by example and work alongside crew members to ensure properties are maintained at an exceptional level or to company and customer standards
- Operate landscape maintenance equipment such as mowers and trimmers
- General Lawn maintenance to include occasional weeding, picking up garbage debris, hedge trimming
- Leaf clean up in Fall Season, raking/ blowing and bagging leaves in and around property or specified areas
- Ensuring all company equipment is properly taken care of and maintained
- Set an example for the excellent workmanship
- Deliver strong customer service

The successful applicants will possess positive leadership skills and customer relations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Crew Leader: Valid G License
- 2 years/seasons property and landscaping maintenance experience
- Proven knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment by way of showing how tools are used properly prior to start of work.
