**Matting Loader Operator**

**Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal**

**Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions**

**Requirements**:

- **CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support**:

- **Valid Driver’s Licence (non GDL)**:

- **Matting Experience**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Loader as it applies to Placing Swamp and Rig Matting**:

- **Conduct a pre-operational equipment inspection checklist before operating**:

- **Perform work in a safe manner in accordance with Road to Rail Construction Group Inc safe work practices, policies, and procedures**:

- **Report all incidents, near-misses, and damage of the equipment to site supervision**:

- **Ability to identify hazards**:

- **Must be dependable and reliable**

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3 years of similar work experience is required**:

- **Applicants must be 18 years of age**:

- **Possess a valid Driver’s License**:

- **Ground Disturbance, H2S, and First-Aid is an asset**

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: On the road
