Triple E Technology Solutions specializes in end-to-end business technology infrastructure services. We install, service, and sell a wide range of IT equipment, including workstations, laptops, servers, network devices, and phone systems. Our team of experienced IT professionals holds certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, Fortinet, and Computer Science, ensuring that we deliver top-notch solutions to our clients.

**Position Details**:

- **Role**: IT Technician
- **Location**: Kentville, Nova Scotia
- **Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and security problems.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize systems uptime.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in IT support or a related field.
- **Certifications**: CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Familiarity with network equipment and phone systems, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
