**OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare planned production orders in SAP as per product requirement.
- Prepare shipping paperwork in SAP for all outbound deliveries.
- Tag product rows to be shipped out with batch information, quantity, date, and time.
- Receive raw material and packaging in SAP as per purchase order.
- Enter / receive all types of outbound deliveries in shipping log / purchase order tracking sheet and coordinate with concerned parties where applicable.
- Complete inventory cycle count activity on periodic basis as scheduled.
- Warehouse housekeeping
- As a backup, know how to key daily consumption activity including:

- Capture daily product wise production numbers
- Daily consumption of raw material and packaging material in SAP
- Daily consumption of scrap material in SAP
- Receipt of finished product into SAP
- Other tasks and duties as required

**EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**:

- **Must have SAP knowledge and experience.**:

- Proficiency in MS-Office including outlook.
- Forklift license will be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to details, dependable, flexible, and punctual.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Previous warehouse or supply chain experience is necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
