**POSITION TITLE**: _**Vehicle Inventory Clerk**_
***
The **Vehicle**_ **Inventory Clerk**_ at **Westgate Chverolet** o/a **Wolfe Chevrolet **is responsible for a variety of tasks that make up the flow of the vehicle through the dealership, from its arrival to its departure.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- _Execution of tasks within the Global Connect environment including preparing daily Exchange Reports. Electronic file management (Creating files) in Rubex. Distributing files/reports to appropriate recipients via Rubex._
- Track Regular Production Accessory (RPA) Orders (file in binder until vehicle arrives)
- Print and review inventory list (tracking retail and fleet sold).
- _New Vehicle Inventory Management_
- _Stocking in vehicles in transit and upon arrival_
- _Input invoices into Rubex and PBS daily & print NVIS_
- Print delivery cards & file
- Maintain inventory of NAV SD cards
- Print delivery cards and file for use by sales when vehicle sold
- _Distribute NVIS (to reception or fleet) & RPO’s to Primary Lot Manager upon vehicle arrival_
- Notify all necessary parties of new incoming invoices (in transit vehicles) and vehicle arrival
- _Update vehicle invoices in Rubex / PBS when additions, options or price increase/decreases occur_
- _RPA Orders Report - match report with Parts Production Option’s (RPO) received from parts and file until vehicle arrives then distribute to Chilton (who creates work order for PDI’s)_
- Setting vehicles in / out Demo Status
- Reporting deals to General Motors (new and pre-owned)
- P_ayout Sheet - (Daily) record on payout sheet when vehicles are sold and forward to GM/Sales Manager/ Accounting (with VDR’s and other pertinent paperwork)._
- _Process incoming and outgoing Dealer Transfers (check over cheque request and submit to accounting and input invoice into Rubex and PBS_
- _Finalize arrival when vehicle arrives and/or departure from dealership (Sales Manager initiates and finalizes dealer transfers bill of sale)_
- Ordering some supplies as requested (example: roadside assistance cards)
- Covering reception (every other week)
- IT Administration:
- Registering new personnel in Global Connect by assigning access
- Password resets
- Other tasks as assigned
**EXPERIENCE**:
- _**Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role at a GM dealership**_**:
- Familiarity with Global Connect & PBS**_
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Completion of a Post-secondary degree in business
- Exceptional computer skills i.e. Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize, problem-solve, and manage high volumes of work within specific deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to focus and concentrate on details for long periods of time while maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to perform with minimum supervision and be responsible.
- Must be tactful, discrete and respectful of confidential information.
- Must conduct self with peers, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Must be a strong participant in a team environment.
