**Job Summary**:
ADermatology clinic located in South Edmonton is seeking an experienced MOA for a Full-time position in our fast-paced office. We are seeking someone who can work independently, and as a team in a multidisciplinary environment. Must be organized, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Work as part of a multidisciplinary clinic, as part of a team with diverse backgrounds and skills
- Must have excellent beside manners, oral and communication skills.
- Always upholding a professional attitude, maintaining confidentiality and multi-tasking.
- Be able to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently provide the highest quality of service
- Patient service - greeting & checking in patients
- Patient registration, appointment bookings, re-bookings, and confirming appointments
- Responsible for coordinating appointments for hair transplant consultations
- Managing appointments in multiply platforms such as EMR, Google Calendar and CRM.
- Coordinating collection of payments for uninsured services and issue of appropriate receipts for documentation
- Assist in pre-op preparation, maintaining a sterile environment and helping with safely disposing of instruments and materials postoperatively
- Order medical supplies and monthly inventory
- Provide patient follow-up (e.g., remotely, or on-site) to ensure a positive patient experience
- Assist conducting in-patient consultations and follow up visits with team and physicians
- Documenting visit notes in Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Prioritizing and completing tasks according to urgency
- Assist physicians, LPNs with varying tasks such as recording patient Height and Weight.
- Transcribe and process physician orders
- Manage Faxes & Paperwork related to referrals, recalls and consultations etc.
- Accessing, Maintaining, Record Keeping of Patient Charts as per the HIA
- Complete forms and documentation related to specimens, tests, etc.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Daysheet Management - Rooming patients, clean/sanitize rooms + assisting physicians as needed
- Other duties as required

**Education & Certification Requirements**:

- Assets: MOA Experience or Certification, NetCare Knowledge, & WHMIS Certification
- Assets: Previous Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of Medical terminology

- Clear criminal record check
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certifications (Basic Cardiac Life Support) are an asset

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
