About Us:
XCS Facility Solutions is a leading provider of facility management services, specializing in commercial and residential maintenance, repair, and installation solutions. Our service division is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a qualified Service Plumber / Gas Fitter to join our dynamic team.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing and gas systems in commercial buildings to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Perform service, replacement, and repair of boilers and hot water tanks according to manufacturer specifications.

Replace and repair zone valves as needed to maintain proper functionality.

Install, replace, and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets to meet client needs and preferences.

Utilize drain cleaning equipment, including augers and inspections tools, to clear blockages and ensure proper drainage.

Repair water lines and address leaks to prevent water damage and ensure efficient water distribution.

Write accurate reports and work orders detailing work performed, materials used, and any additional recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Be available for on-call duty after hours and weekends to address emergency plumbing and gas issues promptly.

**Requirements**:
Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.

Proficiency in writing reports and work orders to document services provided.

Ownership of personal tools, with exceptions for specialized equipment such as augers and threaders.

Journeyman plumbing certification.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm.

Availability for on-call duty after hours and weekends to respond to emergencies.

Energetic and positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
