The Role:
Medcan is looking for an experienced Business Operations Analyst who will support our Client Care Centre (CCC) - a team dedicated to referral and results management, processing medical request forms, and providing client support. The main responsibility of this individual will be to support business transformation through process improvement and automation of the CCC to enhance client experience. Reporting directly to VP of Business Operations & Transformation, this role will be working closely with a cross-functional team to coordinate, document, analyze and execute tasks for various defined projects. A strong process oriented and analytical individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment will succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end completion of assigned activities and initiatives designed to ensure business processes are optimized while risks are appropriately mitigated and are in alignment with established policies and guidelines, including the maintenance of the supporting procedures and communication of changes
- Provide recommendations to management, feedback, and opinions to resolve problems and strengthen the client and employee experience across business processes
- Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage the required outcomes of projects for the business
- Work with the Digital Transformation team and business units to triage and validate the business requests
- Partner with the Digital Transformation team, develop business process training and documentation
- Create and manage KPI reports to ensure compliance of set processes
- Enhance and seek continuous improvement of reporting on business performance
- Support the documenting of existing process and assist with implementing change requirements across the business
- Provide timely responses and solutions on day-to-day ADHOC business requirements

Qualifications / Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of previous experience as a Business Operations Analyst
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, with the ability to independently work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical background, including the ability to break down and work through complex problems in a structured manner, using both quantitative and qualitative methods, strong critical, clear-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with mínimal guidance
- Proven experience working effectively with senior leadership teams and cross-functional teams, including business development, product, engineering, and others
- Flexible team-player who can use drive, creativity, and initiative to move the organization forward
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively summarize complex data and technical information for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university (or equivalent work experience)

This is full time role scheduled from Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid position with both on-site and remote based workdays. This role is expected to work on site 2 days a week.
