Cheese Maker

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Cheesemaker to join our team. As an Artisan Cheesemaker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to processing dairy products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fill and package products according to production guidelines
- Complete daily cheese care tasks
- Wash and sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Recieve + pasterize cow + goat milk for production
- Complete production records
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures and maintain clean work enviroment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Familiarity with the food processing industry
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Work Conditions**:

- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to handle repetitive movements for long periods of time
- Exposure to equipment, sharp tools, use of ladders (heights) and high temp heating in environment.
- Overtime as required.
