**Summary
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Junior Analyst, Product Development is highly motivated, detail-oriented, able to effectively interface with Senior Management and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

**General Duties Responsibilities of a Senior Analyst, Product Development include but are not limited to**:

- Prepares the weekly/period pre-sale and re-sale market reports for the organization.
- Provides support to the VP Sales and Marketing in collaboration with marketing team members for the development of pricing models, CMA’s, product design, including interior design and amenity programming recommendations.
- Assists in the preparation of financial packages and communication of potential issues and/or opportunities to the VP Sales and Marketing.
- Supports the VP Sales and Marketing with ongoing short-term and long-term forecasting and assumptions.
- Provides financial analysis and modeling to track the performance of new programs/initiatives against identified key metrics; provide results, insights, and recommendations
- Improves data reporting and promotes best practices; utilizes business intelligence reporting tools to identify trends and provides insight to department leads around the changing development environment.
- Liaises with other industry insiders to remain current on competition incentives, promotional offerings and design concepts including weekly sales centre tours.
- Assists team leaders in identifying business opportunities.
- Serves as a general resource for various other special projects and one-off analyses of portfolio holdings.
- Creates ad hoc reports and analyses as required.
- Conducts ongoing research and analyses of rental market trends.
- Exemplifies Townline’s values, ensures open and courageous communication by raising issues immediately and concisely and provides appropriate recommended actions.
- Facilitates constant communication with senior management throughout the site lifecycle to identify areas of opportunity for project improvement.
- Creates templates for comparative market analyses, pricing towers, market updates, weekly and monthly market summaries.
- Collaborates with sales teams on pricing models.
- Regularly does internal and competitive site visits.
- Actively researches and monitors the growth plans of competitors.
- Presents in meetings and envisioning sessions.
- Assists leadership team in preparation for speaking events, presentations to financial partners and internal meetings.
- May be required to provide support to other departmental initiatives from time to time.
- Other duties as required.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Education: Post secondary diploma or degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in Real Estate and/or development required.
- Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, and new home sales, as well as Customer Service best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented.
- Well-developed Excel modelling capabilities.
- Experience with Argus Enterprise would be considered an asset.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness is very important along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction as well as part of a team.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, together with excellent oral and written commun
