Hotel Controller

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting department
- Responsible for Account Receivables and Account Payable
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate and assist with external audits
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met

**Experience**:

- Previous Hotel accounting experience preferred
- Hands on experience in Quickbooks required
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
