- Summary:
Support Home needs to be located in Magrath, Raymond or Area. No cats or small children. Home providers should have some experience in FASD and behavioural supports. Looking for someone who can support the individual in basic life skills (cleaning, hygiene, shopping, menu planning, medical appointments, etc.) Supports are also needed to access activities such as bowling, swimming, dances, etc.
- Qualifications:
Diploma in Rehabilitation and/or related education (preferred). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.

A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required. Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.

Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and $2,000,000 liability required.
- Salary: $2200 per month + room and board to be negotiated
